RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNET ORDERS ONLY:
At Northshore Medical Supply our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. ALL PRODUCTS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED, AND UNWASHED. PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. NON-STOCKED SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. FOAM AND PERSONAL HYGEINE CARE PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE FOR SANITARY REASONS. WARRANTY ITEMS DO NOT COVER FREIGHT CHARGES.

SHOES MAY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE SHOWING NO SIGNS OF WEAR. SHOES MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX.
